Eat Dirt!

Studying diets of certain tribes in the high Andes, in Central Africa and the Aborigines of Australia reveals that morsels of food are dipped into liquefied clay. The explanation was that this was to prevent “sick stomach”. These people were reported to use the clays for combating dysentery and food infections.
Bentonite, as well as other types of healing clay, not only draws toxic material out of the body if taken internally, but also reduces pain and infection in open wounds on both humans and animals.
